Remove Quick Add from specific collection type

Hi! I created a new collection type of "comingsoon-collection" and a new product type of "comingsoon-product." Since the collection grid theme template affects all collection types, I need to find a way to remove the "quick add" button from either the entire "coming soon" collection or each comingsoon-product individually.  You can check out the product I'm trying to hide here: https://www.vacationscrapbooksupply.com/collections/birthday-bash (go to bottom of page).

I've tried to add an "if" statement, but I can't figure out which variable I need to use.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
