Remove/ reduce unused Javascript for better website speed!

Hello! Recently I used PageSpeed Insights to check out how our website was performing on mobile. One of the biggest red flags is that we need to "Reduce Unused JavaScript", and the URL's taking up the most space are www.googletagmanager.com and connect.facebook.net. How do I reduce the Javascript for both those sites?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes you can reduce it by delaying load files if they are in your theme code.
