Remove ShineOn default reviews to use 3rd party app

I'm using a 3rd party app for reviews but ShineOn is pushing reviews down to certain products. Not all just dog tags for some reason. Is there a way to show my app reviews? They show for 1 second and then it flashes back to ShineOn reviews.
