Removing the logout link on the checkout page? (Shopify Plus)

Is there any way to remove this or change the behaviour of it? We have our own login/auth system that we need users to log in with before accessing the checkout. But once they are there, this logout link will keep them on the checkout in a not logged in state.

You can try to turn off this option from your store admin > Settings > Customer accounts then check again

This setting removes the login links, but it does not remove the logout link. I have this turned on already.
