Required Fields at checkout aren't working

I have required fields set up at checkout on my site:

https://wholesale.gotamago.com/

But people seem to be able to checkout without filling in their company name and phone number.  

I'm using the Atlantic version 14.7.1 theme.  Any idea why this is happening?
