reset theme and store settings

I bought a theme and made a few changes and settings. I didn't like it, I decided to delete it and deleted it. but when I restore the theme, it is never uploaded to my shopify store with the image in the demo, even though I bought it. what settings do I need to change or what do I need to do for this. is there a chance to reset all settings?
