Retrieving Store Data after Cancellation

I recently deactivated my own shopify store and put it on an platform. I need help retrieving the data from the store like the sales and customers. When I try logging in to the store it asks me to pay to get into the portal. Is there any other way to retrieve this data as its very important to an event happening in a few days.
