Hi,
So I've already created a ticket for this and the support team say its fixed when it's not.
Tried: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and whole team has also tried it on their end whilst various other Shopify stores I have contacted have also got this issue.
The rich text editor for the metafields under our products are completely acting up for the last 48 hours now. Cannot select anything properly in the editor, cannot backspace or format anything at all.
I've inserted a video showing the issue below.

Still same. The issue is not resolved.
Unbelievable, this critical issue is still not FIXED!
This is going into a whole week and no developers ought to think this is not a serious enough issue?
We've wasted so much time trying to edit products through the bulk editor and it makes it extremely frustating as this is not a use-case scenario we can do with a very huge catalog of products that need individually optimised metafields!!
We're having the same problem. Looks like it's a JavaScript issue with the editor.
Still the same here. Very annoying. I keep having to save between edits and need to use the cursor keys to struggle to get edits done.
