Sales down after dns propagated

Hi, we bought a Shopify store and we recently changed the domain ownership over to us. Our sales have been down since the propagation. We see that everything has a green check in our site is live everywhere, but there’s no explanation as to why the sales are slower. Can anyone help?

Did the domain name all of the URLs stay the same?

We have about one to two sales coming in a day since the switchover, but we
were averaging 4 to 9 before. Why would that be?
