Hello,
I am just going to cut and paste a previous post as we are having the same issue and it never got a answer, so I'm hoping this one will.
We have correctly set new sales prices for older season products using the price variant and comparison tools.
Everything is set up perfectly.
After about a day and a half, about 3/4 of the assortment reverts back to its original prices. In some cases, a few products actually revert back to original prices except for a specific size within the product variant.
Because this is a manual process, NEED help trying to find a solution.
Really appreciate any and all feedback.
Hi, @EnviroShop!
Are you using an app, such as Oberlo, to configure your store's products? If so, Oberlo for example has an auto-update feature for pricing, where product pricing will change in accordance to their supplier's pricing automatically. On Oberlo, this can be deactivated by going to Settings > Auto updates, and under the When the costs changes setting heading, select Do Nothing. You can read more about this process on our Oberlo Help Center here.
If you aren't using Oberlo however, but are using another third-party app that manages your products, you can also double check within the third-party app itself to see if there is a similar auto-update pricing feature too. If the app doesn't have such features, it might be that the app's coding is interfering with how your product pricing is meant to function. If you or a developer working on your store have made any code changes recently to your theme, the newly added code may also be the cause of this issue.
Have you also contacted our Shopify support team, for further help on this? I recommend doing so if you haven't already, so that our team can investigate your account from our end. We aren't able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our live support team via our help centre here. Once you've logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query and, if needed, work alongside our technical team to troubleshoot further.

Thanks for reply Kimi. We are not using Oberlo or any other app that appears to be causing the issue. I'll take your advice and contact the Support Team. Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
Not a problem, @EnviroShop!
Thanks for that bit of information too – in this case our live support team will need to be contacted so that we can continue to investigate this issue from our end.

Any update on this? We are experiencing the SAME issue and Live Chat support didn't know how to fix.
Need update on this, i have this problem aswell, my prices on my store keeps changing to old automatic prices, which is very much higher than my custom prices. I'm using AutoDS FYI. Kindly reply with solution asap
Any solution yet? Im experiencing the same problem! Very annoying. It looks like the products are being reloaded into my store, because the name changes and the prices change.
I'm having the same issue and can't figure out which app is causing it. so frustrating.
Thanks for joining this thread, @Maryj4.
It'll typically be apps that have control over your store's products — a lot of dropshipping apps in particular seem to have a feature that'll not only sync inventory, but also automatically update product pricing.
If you're having trouble with narrowing down which app could be responsible for the price changes on your store, you can get in touch with our live support team so that we can help investigate this in more detail from our end.
You can contact our team via the Help Center here, by typing contact support in the chat box, and following the prompts given by the chat assistant.
