Same discount code accumulated on cart & checkout page

I'm currently using both 1. Shopify's discount code function and 2. USO: Discounts & Promotions.
1. Shopify's discount code: 10% off
2. USO: Discounts & Promotions: BOGO deal

but last night, shopify's discount code were accumulated when customers enter the code twice on both cart page and checkout page. (10% off on cart page and another 10% off on checkout page)
So I'd like to remove the discount code box on my cart page only leave it on checkout page.

However, I can't find a solution for this. Can anyone help...?
