Hi everyone, I'm new to Shopify, and we're considering using it soon because it seems very powerful. However, we've encountered an issue with certain features that might be resolved through scripting or editing the theme code. We're thinking about purchasing a theme, especially if we can find a solution to this problem.
Our products are somewhat complex, requiring us to implement custom metafields like "brand" and "model" that we need to fill in when creating each product. The challenge is that we want the search bar to be able to search through all these specific metafields and display results just as it would when searching for a product title keyword in the search bar.
I've seen some posts related to this issue, but they are outdated and don't provide a solution. Can anyone help us figure this out?
