Search engines do not read the alt text in images.

Hi there,
I would like to use the kind of Alt text that this hair website uses because it is not already used for the photographs on my page. On my website, SEO is present on every page and image. They are not included in my SEO tags. Despite the fact that every webpage has been examined and updated numerous times, the cause is still unknown. Is there a way to remedy this? Does a hardcode exist for my alt text? Then, how would I go about doing that in JSON?

@johnwarmer234 If you want to use ALT text then you have to put ALT text on the images where you are using and in other images where ALT text is not possible to write and set then there need to do with the coding.
