Search engines don't read alt text for images

Hi there,
I want the Alt text for this type of image on my page. Every page and image on my website contains some SEO. I am not tagging them in my SEO. While I have checked and modified all of the webpages over and over again, the reason remains unknown. Is there a way to fix this? Is it necessary to hardcode my alt text? In that case, how do I do it in JSON?
