I'm encountering a formatting issue with the collection titles on my Shopify store, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve it.

Issue: The problem I'm experiencing is that the bold text and delimiters in the collection titles are not appearing correctly across my website. Specifically, the desired formatting is inconsistent, and it does not display as intended on the collection page. Interestingly, the formatting appears correctly on specific product pages but not on the collection page.

Steps Taken: I've attempted to modify the Liquid code and reviewed various files related to the collection titles, but I haven't been able to achieve consistent formatting across the site.

Request: I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this formatting issue. Additionally, if anyone has encountered a similar issue or has experience with formatting collection titles effectively, I would welcome your insights and advice.

And to be clear, I am not a coder/programmer. I have been using ChatGPT and that was useful in getting my specific products Titles working correctly, it's just not working the same in my product collections. The || I am using as a delimiter shows up in the title on the collections page. I am using Dawn theme but my store is not yet live.
