Semrush Site Audit VERY SLOW and they say its a Shopify Issue?

I have recently subscribed to semrush to improve my seo strategy and backlink strategy.

I am trying to run their site audit tool which basically crawls my entire site and reports back any errors, warning and notices, however the site audit is taking literally days to complete (5 days for about 10000 pages).

Semrush tell me its because shopify doesnt allow them to crawl their sites without a 7 second delay between each page crawled. Can anyone provide any information to support or refute this?

Oh, and just for the record, my site is www.bedbuddies.com.au

I have a similar issue. Site audit just stops after it crawls 6 pages.
