Semrush uncached javascript files.

When running the Semrush audit on my site I'm getting some errors pertaining to uncached JS files, but only one of them. Below is the code I'm using to add the file to my site. Browser caching is on.

Does anyone know why this issue might be occurring? Is there a different way I should be uploading my JS files?
