Shipping labels stuck at "Buying Shipping Labels"

All day when I try to make labels it gets stuck at "buying shipping labels" no matter if I do 1 label or many.  I need to be able to ship out!  I've tried multiple computer sources and its not my computer, its the site.

However, I can recommend some troubleshooting steps to try, and then if that doesn't help you can reach our team directly. I understand you have already tried a few devices, however I would still recommend the following:


  • Firstly, I would suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as this can sometimes help resolve issues. After clearing them, attempt to create the shipping labels again to see if the same error happens.
  • Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Unstable or slow connections can cause issues with loading pages or completing certain actions. If possible, test using a different connection.
  • Sometimes, certain browsers may encounter compatibility issues. Try using a different browser to see if the problem persists. We always recommend Google Chrome, and it's a good idea to make sure your device and browser versions are up to date.


    If you have any browser extensions or plugins enabled, they can sometimes interfere with the functionality of certain websites. Try temporarily disabling any extensions you have installed and try creating the shipping labels again.
