I understand you have already tried a few devices, however I would still recommend the following:
- Firstly, I would suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as this can sometimes help resolve issues. After clearing them, attempt to create the shipping labels again to see if the same error happens.
- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Unstable or slow connections can cause issues with loading pages or completing certain actions. If possible, test using a different connection.

Sometimes, certain browsers may encounter compatibility issues. Try using a different browser to see if the problem persists. We always recommend Google Chrome, and it's a good idea to make sure your device and browser versions are up to date.
