I'm setting up a site for a client and have a problem. I want to use Shopify Shipping, with the Zones set to just the 48 lower US states, and a $10 Handling fee per order. I set it up in the Shipping & Delivery panel (see screenshot #1) but in the cart and at checkout I only see one option for shipping (not the three I specified), no Handling fee, and choices for much more than the 48 states I set. Any suggestions would be most helpful as this is my first time working in Shopify. Thanks!
p.s. — The rates themselves are actually coming up fine, so I feel pretty confident that the products are set correctly WRT weight, etc.
Shipping Profile
Handling fee not showing up in cart, and too many destination options
Only one UPS option, not the three I set up
Hi @jwjodice,
Are you looking forward to displaying all the three UPS shipping services at the checkout? If yes then as per my understanding the issue here might be the shipping address and the weight of the products for which only one service is shown.
I am using Shopify Shipping and looking to display all three rates. It appears to be set up correctly (see screenshot) but only one is showing. Also, the Handling fee doesn't show, either, and though I set it up to just ship to the Continental U.S., other options are showing up a checkout as well.
NOTE: The UPS Ground rate is accurate, so the weights and origin seem to be set up okay,
It's set for three UPS options
I only want to ship to the Continental U.S., but other territories are showing up as options at checkout.
hey did you ever figure this out? having the same issue.
