1. I've set products up by weight (see attached screen shot)

2. I've set domestic shipping as default (See attached screen shot)

3. When I check out with one product it gives me the 3 domestic options I want - Economy, Standard and Priority (See attached screen shot)

4. But when I add a second or more products I only get the Priority option, and even if I order 50 products it only calculates for 1. (See attached screen shot)

Any thoughts would be helpful, thanks!

Hi @BuschPolishes

I hope you are doing good and welcome to the Shopify Community!
I am San from MS Web Designer.

If your Shopify shipping prices won't update for multiple items, there are a few things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your shipping settings: Go to "Settings" > "Shipping and delivery" in your Shopify admin and make sure that you have set up your shipping rates correctly. You can set up different rates based on weight, price, or quantity, so make sure that you have chosen the appropriate option for your store.

  2. Check your shipping zones: Make sure that you have set up shipping zones for all the locations you want to ship to. You can set up different rates for different zones, so make sure that you have configured them correctly.

  3. Check your product weights: Make sure that you have entered the correct weights for your products in the product settings. If the weight is not correct, it can affect the shipping rates for multiple items.

  4. Check your shipping carrier integration: If you are using a shipping carrier integration, such as USPS or FedEx, make sure that it is set up correctly and that the rates are being calculated correctly.

  5. Test your shipping rates: Add multiple items to the cart and go through the checkout process to see if the shipping rates are being calculated correctly. You can also use a third-party shipping rate calculator to compare the rates with your Shopify rates.

  6. Contact Shopify Support: If you have tried all of the above steps and are still experiencing issues with your shipping rates, you can contact Shopify Support for further assistance. They may be able to investigate the issue and help you resolve it.

Regards,

San

I appreciate your reply, but "make sure that you have set up your shipping rates correctly" is the issue - I think I have, but maybe I haven't, and I'm asking how to.
