Shipping type based on items in basket

Hi,

My courier service (APC) offers a liquid and non-liquid service. Their platform integrates with shopify via Zenstores. To ensure the right service is selected, I need to send through from shopify to zenstores whether the order requires a liquid service or a standard service. Is there a way to assign a shipping rate based on the based on a tag associated with a product?
