Shop becomes unavailalbe after added new billing details

Hi Team,

 

I was constructing my shop and added new billing method for my shopify subscrtiption.

After I have added the new payment method, I was logged out of my shop and my shop got blocked.

We havent even made the shop to public yet as it was still under development.

Kindly please re open my shop.

Hello Blair so I believe that Shopify dosnt accept my method of payment immediately when I tried adding my debit card it did not accept it and locked me out of my new store, I sent 2 separate emails to Shopify and do not have a reply at all. Everytime I log in to Shopify it tells me I cannot access the store to please contact customer service. 

Please unblock the store.

on terms and condition 5 If payment of Fees is unsuccessful within 28 days of our initial attempt to process payment, Shopify may freeze your store.

my store was freeezed immediately after chaging payment method which I have been using on all major vendors.

This is entirely Shopify's fault on unable to process the payment and illegally withholding my access to my own shop wich I had paid for. 2 days from Tuesday I ahve NOT received any follow up on how to unfreeze the store as GBP49 was already debited from this month's usage ( from Oct 24th to Nov 24th).

 

This is beyond unacceptable and I demand my store to be unfroze today 27 Oct 2022 by 1800UK time.
