Shop filter columns are not working/responding

Hi guys,

 

Happy new year and I'm new to Shopify there.

 

Just wondering if anyone experiences similar issues that all filter columns are not working or responding when clicking the option, ever though the web address has shown the page address, but have to hit enter to force page jumping; e.g going to the web, and clicking that "Product categories" and proceed any of the option still not working, also "Filter By Color" and "Filter By Shapes" have same problems. in addition, page selection is also not working.

 

Appreciate you could please kindly offer guidance and assist these issues, many thanks.

Go to Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes and then Customize.  Click on the drop down box at the top labeled 'Search online store' then select Collections > Default collection. On the side menu bar it should read TEMPLATE and Collection pages underneath. You will need to make sure that 'Filters' is visible (make sure the eye isn't crossed out). If you don't see 'Filters', click 'Add block' and add the Filters function.

 

Side note: On your Footer menu, it says "FQAs" instead of "FAQs".
