I Just received this email from Chime. how do I get my money?
A deposit of $XX.XX from SHOPPAYINST AFRM was returned to the depositor.
We are only able to accept direct deposits where the receiver’s name on the deposit matches the name of the Chime account holder.
To correct this deposit, please contact the depositor who initiated this transaction.

When using Shopify Payments, you need to make sure you are following the bank account requirements. Chime is a virtual account, not a bank; therefore, there isn't a way for a payout to deposit into a Chime account. To receive your payout and future payouts, you must attach a bank account that meets all of our requirements.

This is incorrect . I have chime & have recieved ALL of my payouts fine! Until today!! I got the same email from Chime. What happens now???

Has anyone figured out how to fix this and get the money back? I have received all other shopfiy payments to my Chime account. I have only incurred this issue with Shop install payments only.
