Shop pay installments problem in settings

Hi! In the checkout section of my store, I see an option to pay with shop pay: Pay in full or in installments

I want to keep shop pay but I want to get rid of shop pay installments. I tried doing so by going to settings, payments, and turning off shop pay installments, but keeping shop pay on. I went back to my store and now shop pay is gone altogether even though I just turned off installments, not shop pay itself. I am using the refresh Shopify theme. I assume this needs some coding so please explain deeply where to put the code that you give me-I am not good with coding.

When you look in the “Payment” section of checkout, you will see there is no option to pay with Shop pay even though I have it turned on, I only have shop pay installments turned off. Thanks

@INA_MSWEB  Yes, I do see that but I would like the shop pay option to also be accessible underneath the normal credit card checkout section. However, it seems when I turn off shop pay installments, it completely removes shop pay from that section underneath the credit card section. Is there away that I can get the button to pay with shop pay in the highlighted area (in the picture)

I assume it will need some code? Do you know the code for it?

Hi, is there a reason you dont want shop pay installments for your store? I never had a customer use it until last week. I'm very confused and can't get ahold of support. I see the order under my orders section and it says their payment was successful. However, when I go into my balance it's not there and its not in future payouts. Seems like its a bad option to have if its not even showing in my balance and I have to ship this order tomorrow.
