Shop unavailable after buying domain and subscription membership

Help please! I bought domain and subscription today Nov 1, 2023 and the payments went through and were confirmed. Now my shop is not available! How do I recover it? Urgent! Is someone from support available please??

It looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.
