Shopify Admin Advanced Search for Collections and Products

Currently, we have over 13,000 products and more than 200 collections, which is causing some difficulties in managing them effectively.

Here are some use cases I would like to share that I'm trying to perform: 

-Search collections for empty descriptions or meta-descriptions

-Search collections for specific keywords in descriptions or meta-descriptions

-Search collections for fields (ex: description) containing more or less than X characters

We've reached out to the Shopify Support team and the OOTB search doesn't allow us to perform the above use cases. 

We were hoping you could assist us in finding a way to perform searches with an external tool.
Is it possible to use an API for this task, or do you have any alternative solutions?
