I updated my theme on 24 Aug and since then my analytics have dropped off. Sessions are not recording and we spend on advertising. Conversion rate is accurate and all sales are recording as direct - which is not true Facebook and instagram are not showing nor the actual source of the traffic. Ive read up and it seems that before my last update in 2022 there was no cookies mandatory settings and GDPR stuff, I've have added a cookie banner from Shopify and still no change, I believe google tag and meta pixel is installed using the app so not sure if its missing something? Can anyone help?
