shopify changes saving issue

if im changing in  a products descriptions and then im saving the changes. shopify is not saving my changes. anyone can help me out about this?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Could you attempt to clear the cache on your browser and then try changing the product description again?

 

If the issue persists, I would suggest attempting this action on a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.

Hi there, I'm having this same issue in many of my general settings, including payment (I cannot turn on apple pay as the changes will not save), as well as shipping options. I've tried both of the above. Please advise

When you are saving the changes made - are you noticing any specific error messages? Also, is it possible for you to attempt to make these changes on another device, by any chance?

 

The Shopify platform recommends using Google Chrome as a browser when accessing your Shopify admin as this is the most compatible.

Hi Ollie,

Unfortunately I've tried on multiple different devices and browsers
(including Chrome).

Here's a screenshot. It says "stripe updated", but you can see the bar at
the top indicates that there are unsaved changes. If I try to go back, it
asks if I want to discard my changes, so it's clearly not been saved. The
same happens when I try to update the minimum conditions for shipping rates
- it just doesn't save

I appreciate that you have attempted those troubleshooting steps to see if that allowed the changes to be saved. Since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the setup of your online store. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to our live support to have this looked into further.

 

You can reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

 

Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

Did you ever receive a solution for this? I am having the same exact problem not being able to turn on apple pay with stripe. Shopify Support is taking forever to respond, I need to turn on apple pay asap.

This is marked solved but is not solved. Clearing the cache does not and did not solve the issue, and so in search results when you come to this it is basically worthless. Please remove the "Solved"

Agreed! This is definitely not solved. My staff and I are wasting so much time updating products and the changes aren't saving. This needs to be addressed asap.

Oh I see the last two 'not fixed' having issues are also from today.
Shopify, is there an outage of some sort?
Can't save products. (No it's not a browser thing)
