Shopify-CLI : Failed to authenticate with Shopify. Please try again later.

I'm working on an app generated with the Shopify-CLI. I've been getting the error :

Failed to authenticate with Shopify. Please try again later.

I've tried to shopify logout and shopify serve to reauthenticate but still get the same response.

There's as unresolved issue on Github https://github.com/Shopify/shopify-app-cli/issues/1285  

Any help would be appreciated.
