Hi I need help with my Shopify store. Please contact me. Your technical support page is not working.
Hi, @theswearingmum.
To confirm, are you attempting to access our Help Center to contact support, but are running into issues? Can you provide us with more details as to what kind of errors you're seeing specifically on your end? It'll be great if you can share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue, as this will help us understand and troubleshoot the situation better from our end.
In the meantime, I'll get you to follow all of the steps below for some initial troubleshooting, to rule out any potential local caching issue on your end:
I know that that's a lot of steps to go through, but we do require that all suggestions are trialled so that we can rule out any potential local issue that may be preventing you from connecting with a live support team member in the Help Center.
If you've tried all of the above steps, and are still experiencing issues on your end, can you please reply to us with a screenshot showing the full website URL in your address bar, on the page that an error message is encountered? That'll help us ensure that the Help Center is redirecting you to the correct page.

Where did you purchase your domain from?
For context, Shopify will automatically provide SSL certificates for any domains bought directly through our platform, and for third-party domains that are successfully connected to a Shopify store. Can you let me know if you've connected your third-party domains to your respective stores?
If you have, and have only done so recently, just a note that it may take up to 48 hours for the SSL certificate to be issued to your store. During that time, you may see an SSL Unavailable error in your Settings > Domains section within your Shopify admin. Customers visiting your website at this time may also see a security error. You can read more about this in our help guide here.
If you haven't attempted to connect your third-party domain to your Shopify stores however, please refer to this guide for instructions on how you can connect your domain automatically, or this one here for manually connecting a third-party domain. You'll need to ensure that your A record and CNAME record point to Shopify, in order for the SSL certificate to be successfully issued to your store, and for your domain to fully function.

Gotcha, thanks for confirming. As mentioned, because Shopify will automatically provide an SSL certificate from our end when a store connects their third-party domain to a store, you won't be able to transfer or connect your own SSL certificate from another provider to Shopify.
From here, if you haven't already connected your domain to your Shopify store, then as previously explained please follow the instructions in this guide in order to manually connect your third-party domain to your store.
Just a note that because your domain is hosted by a third-party provider, if you have any issues or need assistance with updating your domain's DNS settings to point to Shopify, you'll need to get in touch with your domain provider's support team directly as they're best equipped to help you.
