Shopify do not show orders and aband.carts

Hello, I'm using stripe as a payment gateway and running my ads from Facebook.

My shop lives a couple of months, and only recently I've run the ads and had the first purchase.

After Stripe wants the extra docs for verification, I sent them to them, Stripe says OK now your account is fully active.

BUT now,-  All the next purchases from FB didn't show on the Shopify admin page.  

Facebook's pixel shows me a purchase conversion, but on Shopify admin, there are no new orders.

Where was my mistake? What's don't working?

Shopify settings? Stripe? Please ASAP
