Shopify errro in admin delaying order to reflect in my panel for 8 to 9 hours daily

Shopify failing since technical error  last 27th february onwards there is issue of delaying orders on my shopify admin store and no one is bothered to reply or try to sort out the issue. I am loosing money financially since last 2 months as all my uk enxtd ay delivery orders are not coming into my panel , they are all delayed for 6 to 8 hors time gap
