Shopify express checkout buttons greyed out

Hi, I have been having this issue where the Shopify express checkout buttons are not showing up on the checkout page. They will just stay continually grey and never load and show.

This is a tricky issue because, it seems to happen only on the first time a person visits the site. And it seems only to happen on safari and iPhone. So a lot ppl keep saying “it is working fine for me” but it’s only happening to a select group of ppl, and I know it’s affecting some ppl because my conversion rate has been cut in half since I started seeing this issue pop up when I tested it out on ppl phone who had not been to my website before. Does anybody know how to fix this? 

Idk if it is a shopify issue, a safari issue or Apple issue, but it should be fixed between one of them.

Has anybody else noticed this issue? I believe it is due to apple IOS new protections because when I say reduce protections. It works
