Shopify / Google ADV (error parameter)

Hi everyone,

Google ADV shows an Analitycs error message.

"Your campaigns can't customize dynamic ads based on user activity when the required parameter doesn't match your feed. Make sure your audience data source is correctly submitting the required parameter and that your feed has the correct elements."
Trying to follow what ADS suggests, it is explained that 3 parameters are needed:

1) user_defined_value
2)product_code
3)user_defined_value

user_defined_value is correctly sent but the other two shopifyers do not send them to Analitycs.
Can you help? how can I get the two data and insert them in Analitycs?
Is there a tutorial on this?
