SHOPIFY HAS NO SUPPORT AT ALL ------- want my money back

did anyone  have this  kind  of  problem?

i have received a bill from shopify and paid an invoice of 345.60 usd on 12.02.24.

merchant is shopify international limited.

please send this payment back to my paypal account because i did not ask for this kind of service this service is an invoice for shopify account usage of which i did not use at all. please pay me back my 345.60 usd to my paypal account.
