How can I remove unwanted characters from an image link for Google Merchant?

Does anyone of you knows how to remove the characters boxed in the image? I would like to upload products from shopify to google merchant, but it won't allow me cause of the wrong image link format... The link should end on .png or .jpg...

Images with query links are 100% valid URL's for images in Google Merchant Center. If Google is rejecting your images, it will be for a different reason.

Please share the error you get in Google Merchant Center. And an image link for that error.

I faced the same issue more than 3 days, I contact Shopify and google and no one give you any attention or good answer ,I lost a lot of money cause of Shopify.
I contact google right Now and I get this answer

I have checked the screenshot that you have provided and I can see that you are also affected with the disapproval of the products due to processing failed[image link]

To be honest with you , we are getting a lot of issues for the disapproval of products regarding the Processing failed [image link]. This issue has been escalated already to our technical team and they are already investigating the issue. For now they instructed us to inform you not to do any changes on the account.
