I'm looking into adding the Shopify Inbox sales channel to my store but I see that there are some predefined messages for order status for example that are in English and I can't seem to find any way to translate them.
Do you know a way to translate or remove these?
Q: Can I get an update on my order status?
A: To see your order status, please provide your order details.
The problem is that Shopify inbox/chat has some predefined messages like:
” - Can I get an update on my order status?
- To see your order status, please provide your order details.”
”Before we get started
Please provide your information.”
”Message us” ”Enter your email address”” ”I changed my mind”
These messages cannot be translated under the language editor tab, neither in the code editor.
We have the same problem. We cannot use this feature on our site becouse of this. We need option to translate sign up form and order status.
I'm also having this problem. Has there been a response from Shopify yet?
