Stop writing this everywhere. If people came here, it means that your support team has not responded.

Most people who come to these discussions check spam 5-7 times a day.

Finally, understand this, people write in the community not because they have nothing to do or because they don’t know how to use mail. People write here because your support team doesn't respond.
