Shopify Plus Scripts - Show Shipping Rate Based On Product Tag

Hi there! Quick question about a Shopify Script we're trying to run.

We know you can show/hide certain shipping rates based on zip code/country/location, but can you show a shipping rate based on a product tag?

We want products tagged OVERSIZED to be shown an exclusive shipping rate (regardless if they're purchased solo or with non-oversized items).

Can anyone let me know if there is a script that can do this or a separate Shipping app can? So far I haven't seen one.
