Hello, when I go to a collection on my store and try to edit the order in which products are displayed, no matter whether I sort by Best Selling, Manually, A-Z etc. the order on the live site is not changes whatsoever.
For example, there are some "Coming Soon" products that I want to place at the bottom of the page rather than at the top, however reordering them is having no effect on the site.

I'm happy to help get to the bottom of this with you. To get a better idea of what's going on here, could you please send me a screenshot of your collection in the admin showing the order of products, as well as a screenshot of the same collection on the live site to show the discrepancy?
I also have a few troubleshooting steps for you to take which may resolve this issue immediately. It's possible that when previewing your live site you're seeing cached information on your internet browser, causing it to appear that your product re-ordering is not pushing through to the live site. Here are some steps that may help solve this:
Check your browser for updates and complete any available
Clear your browsers cache and cookies
Preview your collection in an incognito/private browsing window
Try an alternate browser, and complete the above steps again
