My store's Shopify payments payout was scheduled on a weekly basis for more than 5 months.  All of a sudden, the Shopify payments payout were automatically scheduled to me on a daily basis without me being notified of this change. I am certain that I am the only user who has access to this function. However, Shopify just managed to mess up with my payout schedule and now my Shopify payments is on hold. It has been 100 hours since i last contacted them and they have just gone missing. Shopify upper teams need to be improved as loyal merchants who generated Millions like us did not choose Shopify for this crappy service. This needs to be resolved and action must be taken. Oscar

Dear Avionnti,

 

This is Sara Malik we are still facing this since 4 months shopify hold our payouts and send us email you done D3 violation your funds held on payment process and permanently hold its final decision its totally unfair they have right to terminate the shopify payment gateway but how can they hold our paid payouts customers products delivered before 3 months no clam no issue no one team help us  .

 

Please guide if your issue solved and what should we do ? anyone help any appeal email for payouts issue
