Shopify Sessions / Live View showing 0 - Also Meta CAPI not receiving data

Hi Team,

Our Shopify dashboard is not reporting correct live view data, also our recent traffic data has reduced to zero from the 17th October. This is also resulting in our meta pixel not reporting correct data and affecting our ad attribution. 

It appears only our store is having this issue as other UK stores seem to be reporting correctly.
