Our shopify store hass been inactive for more than 96 hours. It went into inactive mode the very next after we purchased a plan.
We have tried reaching out to the support team but we always get the generic response that the issue is being investigated and a resolution will be provided in 24-72 hours.
But it has been well over 72 hours and we still haven't received any resolution. We had demos planned which we had to cancel because of these last minute issues.
We are tired of reaching out to support and getting the generic response "The team is investigating on it".
Is there anyway this issue can be resolved?

For security reasons, we're unable to review tickets from this public space. While we strive to respond to emails within 24-72 hours, we cannot guarantee a response within that time frame.
