I created 2 shopify accounts using my email, now neither of them are visible on the admin page or the shopify mobile app. (i have tried multiple browsers). The only way I can access the stores is through their urls which is difficult to remember. The admin page just shows create new store while I already have 2 stores available. Shopify support is useless as I am unable to connect with someone because I can't select which support I want help with.

 

I cant even cancel my subscription because when I open the plan page in settings shopify gets stuck in an endless refresh loop, neither can I remove my card details.

I understand you have created two stores however, both are not visible from the login page. Are you able to provide a screenshot of this?

 

If you're unsure of the name(s) of the stores or what email(s) they are attached to, you can use our Recovery Tool. By entering your email address in our recovery tool, our system will email you what stores are attached to the email address entered.  

 

In regard to receiving assistance from Shopify Support, have you already tried creating a support request through the Shopify Help Center? If not, you'll need to type your question to the Help Center Assistant. You'll then be presented with options to Chat with a Support Advisor.

This is the screenshot for the stores list I am getting while I do have 2 or more stores, secondly I can not connect to an advisor because that requires me to select a store I am facing a problem with while no store is available that can be selected.
Secondly The Plan page is stuck in an endless loop and I can not change the plan/Subscription.

It just keeps on refreshing repeatedly, I have tried multiple browsers, devices, internet connections, cleared caches and everything. The stores aren't visible in the shopify app either so I can not change the subscription from there either

We appreciate you trying those troubleshooting steps.

 

Could you try using this link and selecting the option 'Can't log in to your Shopify account.'
