This is essentially a 2 part question. I have received an email that my Shopify domain is due to expire soon, that is fine I read the support topic on how to fix that. Except when I login to my store and go to the Domain section there is NO option to auto-renew or renew my domain. Then going to the Support page to see how to contact support about this I can never create a ticket, email or in any way otherwise contact support. I am looped constantly back to the main page after selecting "contact support" in any help topic. This is extremely frustrating as support is supposed to be available per all Shopify accounts and I can never get to a place to receive any. I need my domain active for my store to sell. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
