my store is inactive i will create a ticket before 48 hours still don’t respond form technical team and support team
am very worried about my payout and my store
i will ship all products to my customers but shopify don’t respond
kindly help me what issue

While I cannot advise as to why your store is showing as inactive, if you have created a support request with our internal teams about this issue - rest assured they will get back to you as soon as they possibly can. As some time has since passed, you can always reach out on that ticket you have created via your email and check for an update too.
You can also ask for an update via the live chat service here at this link. As this would be account specific, I would be unable to access your account and provide an update. Waiting for an update from our team or reaching out for an update via the help center would be the best course of action here.
