i dont know why shopify is not supporting its customer. this is the second time we have received dmca email and im replying with additional details. one yohema art creator is a fraud who has sold only 3 logos his entire life and in blackmailing us. firstly he was commenting on our facebook posts for the payments. his logo was $300 at that time now he has increased price to $500 just to scam more. He is asking for $150 in personal emails.
this is just unimaginable what we are going through here at office that we receive threatening emails from shopify and they close our website. terminated it. 
 
just for $150 shopify closed our entire business without any notice ?
 
i have verfied the logo with government of pakistan and also got it registered in pakistan. the government of pakistan has a full intellectual property organisation department where they take one month and double check the logo globally and then they register the logo. Louis Vuitton LV is not working in pakistan officially, do you think i can go and register their logo in pakistan?  xmilano is a pakistani brand and logo is registered. im going to attach the file.
 
 i claim that logo maker has stolen my logo who can prove that? our brand name is  xmilano. our logo portrays the royal suiting as king crown and a M under it. Im also sharing the xmilano logo which is different from the logo by yoheme art. if we had to copy the logo why didnt we copy the claimed master piece as it 100%? this is utter lie. you can go on google and there are many many many crown logos. even shopify itself is giving crown logos. maybe the similarity is just a coincidence. check logo difference in circle 
 
please check all the attachments. 
 
this is to inform shopify that we have not received any prior notice in admin panel or email. we were given direct financial loss by shopify by disabling our admin panel.we were not even discussed about issue and store was blocked?
 
im looking forward to apology email from shopify. This is just heartbreaking and damaging us financially. i have employees and people to pay. i have spend millions on ads to make it a brand.
