Shopify Theme Store Won't Allow Me to Login

When I go to try a theme in the Shopify Store it takes me to the login page so I click my account to login and when I do it takes me to the home page of the Shopify Theme Store. When I go to try the theme it takes me to the login page again and this cycle continues over and over again. It is almost as if the Shopify Theme Store will not keep me logged in. Has anyone else been able to get past this problem? I can't even start my store that I paid for a plan for.

As you're looking to add a theme to your shop, I would recommend attempting a few of the outlined troubleshooting steps listed below to see if this helps to resolve. These include: 

• Clear your Cache and Cookies. 
• Access the shop from an Incognito Tab. 
• Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
• Attempt using Another Device.
• Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App. 

If after completing all of the steps outlined above you or your customers experience any errors, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation.

Hi there, I've got the same problem and none of these proposed solutions work. So I guess I'm stuck with the theme I have now?

Hey! So turned out Safari wasn’t allowing me to use the theme store. I
downloaded google chrome and it worked smoothly, been using chrome since
and have had no problems. Try this!

It seems to be working again in Safari! Thank you though, I’ll keep it in mind should I have problems again.

I'm having the exact same problem. All these proposed solutions don't resolve the issue.
