Shopify Visitor Tracking Broken since August

Did Shopify make any updates to their code at the end of July/August. I currently see 95 sessions for the day, but I had really had 3500 visitors.... I look at my numbers from 1600 visitors on July 30th, to just 61 visitors on July 31st.  Something is broken, as I can see webgains sending me 2600 visitors and Google ads 796 in a day, but I only show 90 clicks.
